Meet the photographer!
Hello! I am Jack and I am either your wedding photographer or hoping to be your wedding photographer! A large part of your wedding day will be spent with me, so I thought I’d put together a little get to know me segment.
Where to begin… I suppose I should start by saying I love weddings! I am a people watcher, so getting to spend my days watching and photographing people celebrating, catching up, dancing, hugging and generally just loving life is a dream come true. I absorb my surroundings and spending so much time around such beautiful energy- well theres no feeling like it.
On a wedding day my main aim is to capture all of these moments, the hugs, the smiles, the tears to tell the story of your day to look back on.
So, about me- I am Jack, I am 28 and I am based in the West Midlands. I am fortunate to be in a place surrounded by some of the country’s most beautiful wedding venues. I have been a professional photographer for nearly 10 years and ventured into the weddings world around 6 years ago.

What might surprise us? I love musicals and know the words to 95% of Les Miserables
Favourite musical then? Too hard to choose, currently it would be Hamilton but Les Miserables, Dear Even Hansen and Mamma Mia are closely following!
Favourite food? Pizza
Bucket list? Watch the All Blacks play in New Zealand
What do you love about photography? I love capturing a moment in time.
Dream wedding destination? I would love to shoot an intimate wedding/ elopement at the Grand Canyon!
If your house was on fire what three things would you grab? My camera bag, my dog, Frankie and my lego collection!
Lego? Yes, I quite enjoy spending my quieter months building lego sets- I have just finished R2-D2! I’m not sure whether to build the Delorean next or Concorde.

I spent my honeymoon exploring Iceland- here at one of the magnificent waterfalls!
In 2023 I got married to my amazing Daisy! It was a magical day at the beautiful Blakelands Estate and we wish we could do it all over again! We both studied photography at the university of West London with a shared love of old photographic techniques with many hours spent in the dark room developing negatives and creating prints.
We have a pug called Frankie who we rescued from a shelter in 2019 and she is the best! She loves short walks, long naps and chicken.
Our ideal date night is going to the cinema followed by some Italian food and maybe a sneaky stop at Mcdonalds for a mcflurry which we will eat in the car.
